Shipping policy

Special Hardwood Products ships most orders within 24 business hours when placed Monday - Friday by 2:00pm EST. All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving an order, unless we notify you otherwise.

Orders are shipped out of the SHP Warehouse in Georgia using UPS and the USPS. We offer multiple methods of shipment to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner. You can select the desired method of shipment upon checkout.

Orders that are shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are sent via UPS Air only.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipping using shipping method of shippers choice.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, unless noted otherwise on the website. In the rare occasion that your order is unable to ship in our usual manner, you will receive a notification via email.
